Shipping + Returns

Please allow 4-5 weeks for us to personalize and package your order unless otherwise stated on the product. This does not include the transit time it takes to reach you once the completed order has left our facility.

Once your order is processed you will receive an email with tracking number. Once you've received this email please allow 12-24 business hours for the postal service to process the package as it must be scanned at the location of departure before you are able to follow the shipment.

Due to the personalization of each item, all sales are final.
