Shipping + Returns

Please allow 6-7 weeks for us to personalize and package your order unless otherwise stated on the product. This does not include the transit time it takes to reach you once the completed order has left our facility.

Once your order is processed you will receive an email with tracking number. Once you've received this email please allow 12-24 hours for the postal service to process the package as it must be scanned at the location of departure before you are able to follow the shipment.

We want you to love your order! Because each item is custom made just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalized items.

Orders may be canceled for a full refund within 12 hours of being placed. After that, production begins and orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or we made a mistake, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
